RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

General Guidelines:

• We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
• If you're not satisfied with your purchase from advancedomega.ca, please reach out to us with your order details.

Unopened Products:

1. Contact us at ecommerce@davidhealthfood.com.
2. Provide your order number, product name, and return reason.
3. We'll send a return slip to you.
4. Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, a refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Opened Products:

1. Email us at ecommerce@davidhealthfood.com.
2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for dissatisfaction.
3. Once the return is approved, expect a full refund issued within 7-10 business days.
