As someone who is very health-conscious, I love that it’s non-GMO, gluten-free, and soy-free—perfect for those with dietary restrictions. Since it’s derived from Antarctic krill, the phospholipids make it much easier for my body to absorb compared to regular fish oil. I’ve noticed a difference in my energy levels. The softgels are easy to swallow, and there’s no fishy aftertaste like with some other omega-3 supplements I’ve tried. Last but not least, I appreciate that it’s made in Canada!
